SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free domestic shipping for all jewellery.
All other items.
Standard shipping on most items. We offer a $10 flat fee and heavy orders over 5kg $20.
We generally use Australia Post and larger parcels are couriered with Sendle. For items heavier that 5kg please request a quote via email prior to ordering. email@example.com
Please allow 2-3 days processing and you will then receive an email shipping confirmation and your tracking details.
On weekends and public holidays orders will be processed the next business day.
At Guava + Co we ask you to be thoughtful when purchasing and we hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.
In the event you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused items within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns for change of mind on a sale.
To be eligible for a return or exchange items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received, with original tags attached.
If more that 14 days have passed, regretfully we will be unable to offer exchange or refund on the product.
To complete your return please email your items to us and include a note with your order date and order number, request for a refund/exchange and the reason why.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charged to return and unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund so we recommend customers use registered or trackable post.
At Guava + Co we pride ourselves on sourcing products of high quality. In the rare event that you have received a faulty item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and a description of the fault to we can assess and arrange the return or exchange of the product.
We will replace if stock is available of offer a full refund upon the return of the item.
Many of our products are handmade or a one off.
Markings and colour variation are a reminder of their authenticity which adds to owning unique pieces.
We endeavour to list all of the character trails in the product descriptions but if you have any queries relating to this, please contact us at email@example.com for clarification prior to purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total.
